Before entering the sauna area, please collect your access card at the hotel reception. Return the card to reception after your visit.

Proper Sauna Etiquette

To ensure a pleasant sauna experience, we recommend following these guidelines:

  • Shower and dry yourself before entering the sauna to enhance sweating.
  • Avoid heavy meals and alcohol before sauna use.
  • Follow the recommended duration and number of sauna cycles based on the type of sauna – information is available at the sauna entrance.
  • After each cycle, take time to cool down and rest.
  • Cool down in the shower or cooling tub after leaving the sauna.
  • Shower before entering the cooling tub.
  • Rest for at least 10–15 minutes between cycles.
  • Drink plenty of water during and after sauna use to replace lost fluids.
  • Enter the sauna without swimwear. Use a towel or sauna sheet.
  • Maintain silence and respect the peace of other visitors.
  • Avoid sauna use if you have high blood pressure, heart problems, or other health issues. Consult your doctor before visiting the sauna if you're unsure.
  • After using the sauna, take time to relax and avoid sudden physical activity. Opt for a light meal and continue hydrating.
